Building reliable systems through evidence and ownership

My progression from operational leadership into technical support and network engineering has shaped a practical working style. I start with impact and observable evidence, separate diagnosis from repair, and validate the result rather than assuming a change worked.

Professional experience spans complex escalation, Microsoft 365 administration, networking, VoIP, virtualisation, backup platforms, endpoint management and mixed operating-system environments. Alongside that work, I design and operate a GitOps-managed Kubernetes homelab used for infrastructure, security, observability and recovery engineering.
